Configure your account preferences, manage integrations, and customize your CuppaSend experience.

Settings Sections

The Settings page is organized into multiple sections for easy navigation:

Account Settings

Manage your personal profile and account details:

  • Profile Information: Update name, email, and contact details
  • Email Preferences: Configure notification settings
  • Password: Change your account password
  • Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account (cannot be undone)

Preferences

Customize your CuppaSend experience:

  • Time Zone: Set your local timezone for accurate scheduling (coming soon)
  • Language: Select your preferred interface language (coming soon)
  • Display Settings: Theme, density, and UI preferences (coming soon)

Integrations

Connect third-party services and access the platform API:

  • Webhooks: Configure webhook endpoints for real-time events (coming soon)
  • Third-Party Apps: Connect CRM, analytics, and other tools (coming soon)
  • API Access: Programmatic access via REST API

Direct integrations with popular CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive are in development.

Blocklist

Manage emails that should never receive your campaigns:

  • Add to Blocklist: Manually add email addresses to block
  • Import Blocklist: Upload CSV of blocked addresses
  • View Blocklist: See all blocked emails with reasons
  • Remove from Blocklist: Unblock specific addresses

Note: Unsubscribed and opted-out leads are automatically blocklisted and cannot be removed to comply with anti-spam regulations.

AI Settings

Configure AI-powered features (coming soon):

  • AI Reply Suggestions: Get intelligent reply recommendations
  • Email Optimization: AI-powered subject line and copy suggestions
  • Sentiment Analysis: Advanced reply sentiment detection

Audit Logs

View security and activity logs for your account:

  • Login Activity: Track account access
  • Settings Changes: See who modified settings and when
  • Campaign Actions: Audit trail of campaign starts/stops
  • Lead Management: Track lead uploads and deletions

Security Settings

Password Requirements

When changing your password, ensure it meets these requirements:

  • • At least 8 characters long
  • • Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
  • • Includes at least one number
  • • Contains at least one special character

Two-Factor Authentication (Coming Soon)

Add an extra layer of security with 2FA via authenticator app or SMS.

Active Sessions

View and manage devices where you're currently logged in. Revoke access to any suspicious sessions.

Account Deletion

Warning: Permanent Action

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This will:

  • • Delete all your campaigns and email sequences
  • • Remove all leads from your database
  • • Disconnect all email accounts
  • • Cancel your subscription (no refunds for unused time)
  • • Delete all analytics and historical data

Before deleting, consider pausing your campaigns or downgrading to a free plan instead. If you're certain, contact support to initiate account deletion.

Best Practices

✓ Set your timezone correctly

Ensure accurate scheduling and analytics by setting your local timezone in preferences.

✓ Enable important notifications

At minimum, enable alerts for high bounce rates and quota warnings to avoid disruptions.

✓ Review audit logs regularly

Check audit logs periodically for unauthorized access or unexpected changes.

✓ Use strong passwords

Create unique, complex passwords for your account and change them periodically.
