- Harass or threaten individuals
- Interfere with platform infrastructure
High-Risk Activities
High-risk industries may require pre-approval:
- Cryptocurrency / trading
- Loans or financial schemes
- Gambling or wagering
- Adult content
- Medical or pharmaceutical claims
- Multi-level marketing (MLM)
We reserve the right to deny access to high-risk use cases.
System Interference
You must not:
- Probe, scan, or test platform vulnerabilities
- Attempt to bypass authentication systems
- Overload or stress-test servers
- Use proxies or VPNs to evade detection
Data Abuse
You may not:
- Upload personal data unlawfully
- Use scraped lists without legal basis
- Sell or transfer Customer Data collected through Cuppasend
- Attempt to deanonymize or cross-compare datasets
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Severe breaches may be reported to authorities.
